Plans, prices and refunds

How much does Room IPTV Pro cost?

Three months is $29.99, six months is $59.99 and twelve months is $89.99, paid once at the start. Three and six months both work out at about $10.00 a month; the twelve-month plan brings that down to about $7.50. The price list sets the three side by side.

What is the difference between the three plans?

Only the length and the monthly rate. Every plan carries the same channels, the same on demand library, the same picture quality and the same support. There is no locked tier and nothing extra to unlock.

Does my subscription renew automatically?

No. Nothing auto-renews. When a plan reaches its end date it simply stops, and you decide whether to start another.

Can I get a refund?

Only on the six and twelve month plans, and only if you cancel within two days of buying. The refund is the purchase amount less a 25% processing fee, paid back within three to five business days. Three-month subscriptions are not refundable at all, which is exactly why the free trial exists. The full terms are in the refund policy.

How do I pay?

The team arranges payment with you directly when you order, over WhatsApp or email. Tell us which plan you want and we will take it from there.

The free trial

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The trial runs 24 hours, asks for no card and no payment details, and gives you the same channels and the same on demand library a paid line does. Request it on the free trial page.

What should I check during the trial?

Watch at peak time, between roughly seven and eleven in the evening, because that is when a weak service shows it. Open the specific channels you are buying for rather than the first ten in the list, try something live, and give the programme guide five minutes to load.

Can I take a second free trial?

Ask the team rather than starting a second request. The trial exists so you can reach a decision, so if you need longer, or you want to try a different device, say so and we will tell you what we can do.

Devices and setup

Which devices does Room IPTV Pro work on?

Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android TV boxes and Google TV, Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, Samsung and LG smart televisions, Windows and Mac, and MAG, Enigma2, Formuler and similar set-top boxes. The setup guide covers the install for each.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. You install a player app, enter the username, password and server address we send you, and the channel list builds itself. There is no dish, no cable box and no engineer visit.

Which player app should I use?

Any player that accepts an Xtream Codes login works, so you are never tied to one app. IPTV Smarters Pro is the usual first choice and TiviMate suits people who want a proper programme guide. The player apps page compares them.

Does Room IPTV Pro have its own app?

No. We supply the subscription; the player is third-party software you choose and install yourself. That is deliberate: it means a problem with one app never leaves you without a way to watch.

Should I use the Xtream Codes login or an M3U link?

Xtream Codes wherever the player offers it. It pulls live channels, films, series and the programme guide in one go and reconnects cleanly after a reboot. An M3U link gives you the channels and nothing else.

Channels and on demand

How many channels are there?

We do not publish a number. The counts on IPTV sites are not comparable, because the same broadcaster gets counted again for its HD, Full HD, 4K and backup feeds. What matters is whether your channels are in your bouquets, which the free trial shows you in minutes. The channels page explains how bouquets work.

Can I choose which channels I get?

Yes. Channels are grouped into bouquets by country and language, and the order form asks which ones you want. You can take the standard set, which carries everything, or name regions such as Arabic, EXYU, Scandinavian or Hindi. If you want them changed later, message the team.

Are films and series included?

Yes, in a separate on demand library inside the same app and under the same login. You pick the library language when you order, from the complete all-language library down to a single language.

Is there a programme guide?

Yes. Signing in with Xtream Codes pulls the guide alongside the channels. A guide that is blank or showing the wrong times is almost always a device time zone problem; the TV guide page runs through the fixes.

Are adult channels included?

Only if you ask for them. Adult channels and adult on demand are a separate yes-or-no choice on the order form, and the answer is no unless you say otherwise.

Picture quality and problems

What quality does it stream in?

HD, Full HD and 4K, where the broadcast is made in that resolution and your connection can carry it. Full HD is comfortable at 15 to 25 Mbps and 4K at 25 to 50 Mbps, measured at the device rather than at the router.

Why is my stream buffering?

Almost always the network or the app, not the stream itself. Wire the device in if you can, or move it to the 5 GHz band; raise the player buffer to 5000–10000 ms; clear the app cache. The buffering fixes page works through the checks in the order that resolves the most cases.

How much internet speed do I need?

About 10 Mbps for HD, 15 to 25 Mbps for Full HD and 25 to 50 Mbps for 4K, per stream. Steadiness matters more than peak speed: a line that holds 20 Mbps plays better than one that peaks at 100 and drops for a few seconds.

Do I need a VPN?

Not for the service to work. A VPN routes your traffic through another server, which usually adds delay and can make buffering worse, so we suggest trying without one first.

Account and support

How many devices does one subscription cover?

One. A subscription is tied to a single device and a single stream. A second television, phone or box needs its own subscription, and the price list shows what each term costs.

Can I move my subscription to a different device?

Yes. Message the team and we will move it across. What you cannot do is run the same subscription on two devices at once.

How do I contact support?

Email support@roomiptvpro.com or message WhatsApp on +44 7475 498002. WhatsApp is quickest for a short question; email suits anything to do with your account. The contact page has both.

Is IPTV legal?

The technology is. Internet Protocol Television is how major broadcasters and telecoms companies deliver television, and using it is lawful. What varies is whether a particular service is licensed for the content it carries in your country. If you need that confirmed in writing before you order, ask the team and we will answer you directly.

If your question is not here

Ask it. The same people who wrote these answers reply to the messages, and a question nobody has asked before usually ends up on this page.
